  • Welcome SakuraHime!

60 min power intervals on the elliptical.

My partner also said today, and I quote, "i keep looking over and your arms are so toned - will you train me?" so I may get in an arm workout tonight.
  • 45 minutes - Treadmill
  • Partner bailed on the arms but said we might do some tonight, or later in the week. I'll keep reminding.

60 min on the stairclimber at intervals.
  • I have been slacking off since my partner's parents have been visiting and staying at our house, but I did manage to get in a bit at home when they were out. Today I was back in the gym and it felt great!

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical. I feel like it's not much and want to do more cardio, but I am so exhausted when I finish that there is no way I can. I'm going back tonight with my partner for another round.
  • 3 mile run tonight
  • 42 mins treadmill (400 cals)
25 mins upper body work (125 cals)
  • 60 min mixed cardio (45 on the stairclimber, 15 on the stationary bike)
  • 30 min elliptical
  • 40 minutes - Treadmill
    30 minutes - Strength Training
  • treadmill - ONE HOUR!!

It may not seem like much, but I don't think I've ever done cardio an hour straight in my entire adult life!
  • Great job peaceful!!!

    32 mins elliptical (300)
    lower body workout

I decided to suck up the extra $19 a month to use the "women's center" at my gym--basically a locker and access to the whirlpool and saunas. I had a lovely soak in the jacuzzi AND a steam after my workout today. An excellent reward for a job well done
  • 40 minutes - Pilates
  • I went to Dollywood today. Walked about 6.5 hours stright. Up and down hills ALL day. I am pooped and according to Fitday, that's:
    Total Calories Burned 2651 WoooHoooo!
  • 1 hour bike ride, 23k...
  • sorry haven't reported in a while have been disconected from internet. Swum 3 days last week and brisk walked other 3, daily stretching. pleased to report my resting heart rate is down to 58bpm! YAY! It used to be in the 60s. I credit this to exercise, a reduction in stress and switching to decaff.
    good work all x
