    Today I am taking care of stuff I've been putting off so I can reduce my anxiety and avoid binging over it!

  • Today i will exercize again. i will stick to my allowed calories and not give into temptations that will make me feel bad later.
  • Today I will mentally prepare myself to enjoy my weekend and not gorge and then spend the rest of the time mentally counting all of the calories in my head and feeling guilty about it!
  • Today I...finished week #2 of the c25k running plan and felt wonderful.
  • TODAY, I looked up Macaroni Grill' nutritional information and wrote down the food choices that are the most sensible, because TONIGHT, the girlfriend and I will be going there. I will stick to sensible choices and will not gorge. We go out to eat every weekend... we USED to go out to eat 3+ times a week, so we've improved. PLUS, I magically have A LOT more money in my bank account
  • Today, I made a good choice at lunch even when my lunchmate had a big, ol juicy hamburger!

    Today, I am getting mentally prepared for Fourth of July celebrations and planning how I will be successful during all of the celebrations
