Today I ate green stuff that my mom can never get me to eat! It's really good though! Snow peas and celery are my favorites!

Today I worked out in the morning and then went into a new work situation actually feeling confident and as good as anyone else there :-) Thats big stuff for me!

Today...I said no to the chocolate sweets my FIL brought over.
Today...I took a normal person's portion out of the rice container, instead of eating the whole carton which ended up being very deceiving.
Today...I ate my planned snack before I was overly "deathly" hungry.

Today...I remembered that I am worthy of being healthy and happy, that my worth does not come from how much I weigh.

Today...I felt GREAT because I ate healthy and exercised without obsessing about it!

I succeeded in a 100% Program compliant week. Lost 8 pounds of water weight but weight, nonetheless!

Today I succeeded in being happy, motivated and looking ahead.

Today is the first day of week two and I am looking forward to a sumptuous dinner at Applebees!!
