I just gotta take what I can get in the cafeteria, and usually it's not that healthy. They do have cc though

we just have lots of rain, here....not usually much snow. hopefully the buses will be running...unless work can wait another day

Ilene for the comments on thefoodplate too! I think I'll try to go for around 1200-1300 on days when I can't exercise on purpose (spend a good half hour everyday with walking to class and to eat and stuff...but not real exercise) and on days where I do more, I'll add some calories accordingly.
