On Friday evening, the grad students had the birthday girl over and we had Indian food. It was very good and I had 2nds. Saturday morning found me doing homework and I wasn't too hungry until lunch. (after all the Indian food!) So, then I gathered ingredients to make a nice healthy dinner for my 2 grandchildren (3 and 18 months) who I babysit every weekend. Sunday morning, I volunteer at church as a computer graphics person and I had to be there early!- -By then, I had a huge headache (I haven't eaten sugar in a loooonnnng while). So I thought caffeine would fix it. Maybe protein. Hardee's was open and yes, I did get a sausage and egg biscuit. However, I did pull off one side of the biscuit and discarded it! That was very hard to do, as I love love love my carbs. But having a headache for 3 days straight is worse.
Sunday afternoon, I had lunch with 'the girls' - 1870s recipe of French Onion soup and salad with 1870s salad dressing. Then over to my home group for Sunday evening bible study and chinese! - I did resist eating the cheesecake (didn't know that was Chinese
This is not your typical weekend. But just writing it , I know I need to make some changes in my life.

Hello hello!
I'm still up that "water weight" from the weekend.
Perhaps it's not water...
Oohhhhhhhhhhhhhwwwwwwwa! I tried so hard, then I had a stupid carb-fest.
NAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! It's even worse now that I can't run with the stupid knee and NOW since I went kickboxing last night I've wrecked my big toe! 

I'm always really astounded by the strength in my calves, no wonder they're so hulking
I had good food yesterday and not too much junk. In fact I don't think I had any junk. I did try a new protein bar, which was YUMMEEEEEEEEEEEE! I shall have to stock up on them
