I've read everyone's posts but I forgot what was said, I'm coming down with a bad cold I think, head & body aching and feeling a bit dizzy & weak.

I GAINED 4 lbs over the 9 days at my parents, but as we walked a lot and
I RODE AGAIN!!! it could have been much worse as
I went TOTALLY Off Plan!
I have to go & do more laundry,
