Good Morning everyone!
Faye - I'm so sorry you are going through so much with the accient and stupid doctors, etc. Good luck! I hope you get better soon. One side note, if your arm is broken, or even just sprained, its not good to keep it in a sling more than a few weeks. It restricts the blood flow through your arm, which will restrict the quality of healing. I've broken both arms 2 times each, and sprained each 3 times. I was a clumsy child, and even clumsier 20 something.
Ok, I got 4 points yesterday, and even had enough calories leftover (about 300) that I enjoyed a drumstick. I don't think I'm buying anymore of those though - I know my BF loves them, but he also likes fudgesicles, and those are better for me than drumsticks. Even though - I could do without either one. I'm tackling one vice at a time - this month is exercise. Once I get through this I'll see what my weightloss is like, and decide what else has to go (or be significantly decreased).
Food - excellente!
Water - wonderful again - you guys are very good for me, becuase I'm drinking water like its effortless this week. Usually I struggle big time!
Exercise - no cardio

but I did an hour of pilates, and walked the dog, so I'm going to count it as exercise. I FINALLY after a year of practicing was able to do a seal and stand up at the end of the set. It's been so hard for me to do - I was happy, I did it three times last night, lol.
Have a great day everyone! I'll write more later - its a busy morning.
