I get 4 points for yesterday. My exercise was weeding. The back of my legs are sore today lol.
Faye - I can't think of anything worse than long term pain except maybe death. I hope you get to feeling better soon.
Cat90 - Something I do to focus my mind when I'm in bed and can't get to sleep is count backwards from 100 to 1 by 1 1/3 or some other number that you have to really think about what the next number would be. It works quite often. It's the old accountant in me lol.
Carri - I feel for you with the headaches. I get migraines and the pain is so bad you can barely stand it. I haven't had one in awhile, knock on wood, but I did go to bed with a headache the other night and got up with it in the morning. I think it was sinus and has since gone away.
I have some good news scale wise for tomorrow as well, but I'll wait until then. Take care everyone.
I was noting the days on-plan before I came to SC and then stopped once here because I was off-plan, but now that I am back on-plan I am going to start keeping track from where I left off.

MEN !!!!!!!!!! I can't believe that he has'nt noticed a difference 
but I did an hour of pilates, and walked the dog, so I'm going to count it as exercise. I FINALLY after a year of practicing was able to do a seal and stand up at the end of the set. It's been so hard for me to do - I was happy, I did it three times last night, lol.
