today, i
1) ran up the first 5 flights and then (huffing and puffingly) walked up the remaining 5 when i got the mail at work today (hey, every little bit counts, right?)
and 2) walked (fast) the 2 minutes or so to the CVS to go trial-size-toiletry shopping for my trip tomorrow, and then back again, and fast up my hill. heart rate was up there all the time and i was red-faced and sweaty by the end (i'm not sure i believe that's a good thing, but so i'm told

good for all of you... i am so impressed by how much you do. i walk pretty much wherever i go... well, at least, from bus stop to destination

but for the most part it is nearly impossible for me to get off my lazy ***. oops, should i have censored that?
