The Naturesway extra hot is on Amazon... pretty cheap I pound it with a ton of water which helps with the heart burn.

Hi everyone! I've been gone for a long time. Still using the combo- but couldn't keep to the diet. :-( Boo! So I started Atkins on May 9th and have lost 34 lbs with the combo. Thats 34lbs in 3 months. The biggest thing the combo does is make my appitite smaller. It's a huge help. I've still had no side effects. And now that I'm recently back on the wagon, I'm happy to be here. From a size 20 to a 16! While I do think it's mostly Atkins that has dropped the weight, there is no denying that the cayenne and green tea help. Good luck everyone!

Default Good evening

just dropping by, thinking about giving capsaicin another go.... haven't tried green tea pills...the capsaicin sure feels like it works, I took it when I exercised more and ate about 200 cals per meal until dinner...like 1,300 a day...it really didn't agree esp on an empty stomache! major heartburn and feeling weird, light headed...still the data does look intriguing and it supposedly has use for circulatory and blood pressure issues which would be nice right about now... does it need to have the green tea? what's the diet?

Default capsaicin and green tea

Hi I live in Canada and just found your website of 3fatchicks. I wanted an update on how the capsaicin and green tea was working for folks. As you might have guessed I have not done anything like this before so as a newby, any tips would help

Tumeric, cinnamon, cayenne, chili, cumin, ginger, garlic and others are really good for you and many have a positive effect on appetite & fat metabolism. They also can add alot of flavor and variety to your meals without screwing up weight loss goals. Green tea has no fat, carbs, or calories, keeps you hydrated,...hot tea in winter with a touch of spice is so good.

Even before I started dieting, I've always ate a lot of spicy foods and drank a lot of tea. I don't notice any changes in my hunger patterns with it, but it might just be because I've consumed it regularly for years.

Exclamation Has anyone here tried Phen375?

Hello! I am new to this blog. Never blogged in my life before. I am in desperate need to lose weight. I am sick and tired of not being able to lose the weighy no matter how much I try. I used to be a Marine so the exercising doesnt come hard to do for me its what I EAT!I had my daughter in Jan of 2013 and I did lose my baby weight quickly but I seem not to be back at my pre-pregnancy weight which was 178. I am now 185!!!And even before I got oregnant I was trying to lose weight. Seems that I might need a boost like a diet pill or something because I drink coffee everyday and Im not a Tea person. I find he information here very informative as I too research before I buy diet pills. So Im on the verge of buying Phen375. I researched their main ingredients and they all are legit.Any more info out there for Phen375?

There is some research published that shows green tea extract increases thermogenesis and helps against visceral fat. I think a lot of studies are still done in mice and rats. Here is a human study. One would have to check on dosage.

How much does capsaicin go for? I'm already taking the green tea supplement with my daily vitamins. I've lost 22 pounds in about a month taking vitamins and eating better.
