I haven't logged points in a few days. Let's see, yesterday I worked out for two hours and also stayed on my eating plan. (10) The day before I worked out for one hour and stayed on my eating plan. (8)

okay let me start with points: I had 205 Ont he 20th I was good so 8 points on the 21- 23 I was bad!!! 21- no points so that brings me to 213 but I went out to eat yesterday and had 2 drinks on the weekend so I am taking off 60 points so total of 153. I'm trying to get to 300 at least!!

Where is everyone?

How is everyone's weight? I lsot 2 last week btu with this bad weekend I have to really amke up for it this week!

Beaut, WTG last week! WHOHOHOO! So, it sounds like you are no long stuck (you said last week you were stuck). Please keep up the good work. Where are you at right now weight wise and what is your final goal? If you are getting towards the end....the last 15/20 pounds comes off soo hard. It all comes off hard thoug.

Ward, I am so sorry you are sick I hope you are feeling better today! Start the week fresh.

So sorry ladies I wasn't around all last week. I mentioned I was on Spring Break, and I'm afraid I did horrible diet and exercise wise. I should be at negative points. lol. I am going to start fresh this week though. I checked my scale...and I'm about 156lbs. Ouch! I think I gained a pound!

I am ready to start kicking butt now though! Going to stick WELL to my diet and exercise every day. I just need to get my act together.

So...Monday is going well...I am right now trying to finish up some teaching aplications for Dubuque (moving there this summer...will be closer to my boyfriend Steve finally). I'm not sure exactly when I am moving...if we find the perfect place, I will be there soon. Trying not to be in too much of a hurry. No, we aren't living together. We are planning on getting married at the end of the summer though (even though I'm still without a ring...another story lol) and I am goinig to live there alone for awhile and he will join me after we are married. We are pretty old fashioned.

oops, missed a few days again.

Had 131 points. On 3/23 I ran 4.2 miles in 44 min. I had one good meal, but treats after lunch and dinner. So, I will give myself two points, but subtract 40 for 93.

On 4/24 I did one hour (Group Power) and then went to the dentist. I was on plan, though. Up to 101.

On 4/25 I did a 10 min. mile warm-up, Group Ride, 21 min on the elliptical and 21 min on the stair mill and stayed on plan. 110 points.

Today I did Group Ride, and then Group Power and stayed on plan.

Total: 120

How are you guys doing?

Way to go Ward and Beaut!

I was sick yesterday...I even canceled the subbing job I had...a sub for a sub lol. SO, I didn't workout Monday or yesterday, but I stuck to my eating plan.

I am sticking to 155lbs right now. That is ok. I've got some hard work to do. I did well on my diet today too AND I worked out. whohooo lol

The last couple of days I worked at looking for a teaching position at Dubuque...nothing yet...sigh.

How is your week going girls?

Yes, so I did get to the gym yesterday! WHOHOO!

I also have a job for today AND tomorrow! WHOHOOO again! lol

So...I have 20 points so far this week...well, 21 counting my breakfast. Doing pretty good. I didn't get exercise points Monday (really busy) or Tuesday (sick), but I did make it to the gym yesterday for a good hour. It is so hard to get back into the routine after over a week of being so off.

I checked my weight girls, and I am still 150lbs. I'm happy with that after being off for a week or so. I lost that first 5lbs within the first three weeks...these next three weeks I am planning on losing another 5lbs.

I need to get my snack/lunch gathered for today.

Today after school I am doing something kind of naughty...but planned. My friend Kym and I started talking on Monday about cold stone icecream. It has FINALLY started getting warm around here (like in the 40s or 50s lol). We decided we are going to go on Thursday...today! I am so excited though lol. I have been craving it all week! I've saved up exactly 20 points too...should be 28 by the end of the day...so, should be starting the day with 8. We'll have to see.

Mmmm ... I've never been to Coldstone but it looks so good!

Today I did a 2 mi jog (20 min), Group Ride class, 19 min on the stair mill and 19 min on the elliptical. 3 points for exercise and 6 for eating on plan.

Total: 129

I really want to see 144 tomorrow. We'll see.

Exclamation I know im late but what the ****

I'm going to start it. I will keep in touch everyday and let yall know whats going on. I am 16 years old and was told by my friends older bf today that im the fat kid. He said that he was joking around but I just cant take it anymore. All the jokes and comments. I'm glad I found this web site. Hopefully yall can help me out.
