  • The past 2 days I have been bad!! pretty much eating everything in sight!! Anyways I have decided to do the fatsmash diet. Just phase 1 and then I'll decide what to do after that!! Today is day 1 for me and for breakfast I am having chocolate mint soy milk and a slice of cantoloupe

    Today I did 45 min on the elliptical and a Group Power class and also stayed on my eating plan. 9 points.

  • I did a two hour workout today - Group Ride class, 30 min on elliptical and 38 min walk on treadmill (2.4 mi). Also stuck to the eating plan, so 10 points for today.

    Total: 73

  • Well I have been good the past 2 days. I don't knwo if I can make it for 9 days but I will try. anyways yesterday I was OP and worked out so 8 points and today I was OP but no exercise so 6 points so my total is 140 points.
  • Another two hour workout today, a 5 mi jog (1 hr), then 30 min on the elliptical and 30 min on the bike. I also stayed on my eating plan. I am feeling very snacky right now, though. 10 points for today.

    Yesterday I stayed on plan ...I love the fat smash!! I am losing evvery day I can't wait until friday! I hope this keeps up!!

    Anywas yesterday I had a 30 min workout and was on plan so another 7 bringing me to 147. 3 more points and I have earned my vacation...then what?
  • I wish I could say I was losing weight every day. My scale is going in the wrong direction.

    Anywho, today I did 23 min on the treadmill (2 mi), Group Power class, and 27 min on the elliptical. I stayed on my eating plan, so 9 points.

  • Sorry! I ended up going home this weekend and stayed pretty busy. I meet Steve there and went with my roommate. I had a very nice weekend htough, but now I"m back! I got back early yesterday morning (went to work...). Busy day yesterdya, taught at school all day...went out to workout after school and I had 15 minutes to eat supper and then I went to this Mary Kay meeting with my friend (she is a consultant, and I just like looking at the stuff).


    Ok...so I made 2 meal points on Saturday and only 1 on Sunday lol. On Friday I made 6...so that gave me 39 points to use this weekend. I used 20 of them Saturday night when we went out to the bars. Opps! Wasn't the best weekend diet wise, but noth orrible. I don't feel like I completely blew it. I hope not anyway.

    So far so good this week. 19 and I made all 8 points yesterday so 27. I should hit another 8 today too! I didn't get a chance to weigh in this week...again I forgot this morning (I had my coffee and such now) so I'll need to do this tomorrow.

    Ward, I'm sorry you didn't see any scale results. Give it another week. Havn't you been loosing quite a bit these last couple weeks? That is hard to not see results though, and you have been working sooo hard

  • Yeah, I weigh myself pretty much every day.

    Today I ran 1 mi (10 min) to warm up, did a Group Ride, 21 min on the stair climber, and 21 min on the elliptical. Also stayed on my eating plan, so 9 points.

    Wow Ward! Great day yesterday. This week seems to be shaping up great so far too. You are sure to see results from this week!

    Beaut, lol...never figured someone would be able to save all of their points. I understand that you are too busy to go out for supper and don't need anything...but maybe you should start setting up other rewards for yourself. give you for short-term stuff to work forwards. I can barely keep 50 points after I get talked into going out to eat with a friend, get a new shirt, or go to to a coffee shop. Maybe if you make your points set up your own scale of points that you can use just around the house...an afternoon away from the kids (50 points... lol, if that would be possible), a hot relaxing bath.... if that doesn't work out, you could always just try to get to your goal points each day. You could stop keeping a total after you make your goal. I don't know .. lol\

    Good morning my friends! Midweek already! Whohoo!

    Yesterday I had an extremely boring day as a librarian! I read though an entire young adult Lit chapter book (Ella Enchanted). I also played Majong Solitare for a good hour and a half...they had nothing for me to do. This was at a junior high, so I guess they don't have any classes or anything. I can't imagine what the real librarian does every single day. I'm sure she finds something...but a lot of the stuff that I helped out with was something that the library's secretary does. Oh well...I still got paid.

    Yesterday diet and exercise wise went great! I stuck perfectly to my diet and did a good hour of exercise! WHOHoO! That is day 2 great...today I am planning on hitting the gym right after school again. I need to pack my lunch yet.
  • Yes...and I checked my weight this morning and I am at about 154lbs...that is a pound down from when I weighed in lasttime...I am happy with that. 6 pounds down total and 14 more to go.

    Tessa: Well as for my points I'm keeping 150 for my trip this sumer and then I also would like to go away for awekedn before that so I may try to get another 150 for that. And then after that I will be using points for eating out and for buying clothes. Also I give myself a reward for every 5 lbs I lose.

    I can't imagine being a librarian!!

    Is then end of this challenge the 18th or the 12th?
