I am doing suuuper! 189.6 as of this morning. My goal is 186 by the 17th! I am on track.

(however, i did just have a brownie... which one of you sent me nasty vibes?! j/K!)

Wow wisher that is amazing!! What aturn around in only 2 days!! I'm sick as anything and doubt I can amek my current St. Patty's goal. However I haven't weighed in for today I will do that in a little while and then may readjust my goals based on the weigh in.

Well I'm at an even #182. I'm revamping the way that I do things - and I'm going to retrain myself on how I think about food... so I'm not weighing in again until St. Patty's Day. The suspense is going to kill me - but I need to do this for me. Things have gotten way to out of control - and I'm sick of beating myself up if I don't lose as much as I'd like etc....

I'll still sneak in and post... you don't get off that easy

Me Amarie: Yes I made it to onederland!

I lost 7 lbs this month so I decided to revamp my goals since they were all absed on losing 10 lbs a month. I began this journey on jan 14th and made amazing progress but I don't think I can lose 10 a month so I added 2 lbs to my st. Patty's goal.

I am in too, I have lost 3 already and to make my original 3/17 goal I only need to lose 3 more, but will try for the remaining 5 to keep up with you all

I've lost 2....not great I should have lost about 4-5 by now, I had a bad!!!! weekend. I'm going to get back on track this week though...I've been doing ok w/the gym about 5 times a week....still not up to 6 yet!

I think we're all doing good.. it seems the scale is moving in the right direction for all of us - even if it's not as fast as we'd like.

I completely binged over the weekend (fried twinkies were involved!) - but I'm recouping. I'm rediscovering myself and how I think about me, my emotions, and food. I still haven't gotten on the scale in the morning this week. I'm doing good waiting. March 17th is coming soon enough! Hopefully this new way of attack will be enough to reach goal - or at least really close! I DESPERATELY want to be out of the #180's!!!!

well the scale went up today, alot, but I started too so, I am taking it with a grain of salt...
Did go to the gym Wednesday, not time yesterday and a trip there is planned for in about an hour and a half!!!
