Way to go Helen! That's an awesome cut in time. Congratulations. You're very inspiring to us beginners.

Thanks

Just under 3 miles in a time trial at running club tonight. Never attempt a time trial the day after a half marathon...

108.2/125

February Goal - 60
Miles Done - 42.5 (3.5 R/39 W)

Totally missed my goal again. I'm gonna have to think about March more carefully before I commit to a number.

ennay-glad you're feeling better and can get back to your routine. You'll do great in March.

Ennay - glad you're back on the wagon.

I snuck in a sneaky 7.4 miles after work to get my total that bit higher for the month. I finished on 115.6/125 which isn't too bad for a short month when I had to take a bit of time off with being ill. I'm confident of hitting 125 next month though

I made my goal for the month--85.19 miles DONE!!! I may even go for 90 in March! Next week is Spring Break and, although I will be at a conference Thursday-Sunday, they do have a fitness room at the hotel, so I should do OK. I'll think about it tonight and post my decision tomorrow!

Have a great night! We're supposed to get rain/snow/sleet--YUCK!!
