I think I will set my goal this month at 50 I think maybe I can run through the shinsplints if I cut my mileage way way back and throw in some walk intervals and eliminate all speed work and hill work. Hopefully by the middle of the month I will be ramping back up. I have confidence in physical therapy and my own bull headedness. Its bad enough I probably have to drop 3 races from my training schedule.

I've been ill for the past few days, but I managed just over 5 miles today to get myself back into the swing of running.
Total so far - 27.9/125
1.5 yesterday, 4 today - 10.5/65, speed is sloooowly improving.

14.25 miles today. My mileage is a bit down this week with being ill, but still not too bad at all.

Wow, I cant remember the last time I missed a whole week! A combination of medical things/appts and bitter cold kept me away all of last week. I'm back though. Did a 3.5 mile run surrounded with a mile walk this morning.

Man do I feel lazy. Haha. I'm at 18 miles so far this month. Things have not been going my way this year so far. It's cool though. This week is going to be awesome - so is next - I'll catch up then....
