Well, I had lost 7 lbs since I was there last time, slow and steady..that's me!
My blood pressure was 120/80 that was good. Blood work will be back tomorrow. She said she thought I was doing just fine. That's nice to hear, especially when I feel like I always have so much wrong with me!
My next appointment is in November. I want to be down 10+ pounds when I see her again.
Ok..got to get back to work.

P.S. Annie: I find that the best way to get started with exercise is just to start doing it. When I don't feel like working out I tell myself, to go for a 10 min walk and if I want to stop after that, then ok. I usually am ready to keep going after the 10 min. Hope that helps you a little bit to get motivated!
