Suzy~ I started about 3 months ago to really try just by cutting calories from about 3500/day to 1800.I was not losing so I did the DR Phil rapid start and then lost 6 lbs.I bounced back 2 after last weekend but I have lost them again. The limited breads(not all carbs) works for me.

I made it through yesterday all OP!!!!! I had a small bowl of cottage cheese at 9pm and wanted to totally eat every thing in the house but I didn't!!!!!!!
Today, I have a quiet morning.Just my 2 kids til 10 and then they are going on a playdate and then the 4 others come for babysitting.I set my alarm to get up early and have the house to myself for awhile.My son is very intense.He has big emotions about everything good or bad.It can be exhausting.last night he was devastated because I got the ironing board out and planned to iron after he went to bed. He wanted to watch. I said no and he wailed for an hour.We explain things calmly and then ignore him. You'd think after 6 years he'd realize he is not going to get a reaction. Stubborn.Hard on our ears.
We have a big family reunion at my Mom's all weekend.It is her family's 50th anniversay of living in Canada. All my cousins and all our kids are tenting out in the yard. it should be a blast. Mom is grilling steak and made lots of salads, so food should be okay.
