This sounds like a great idea. Any feedback and advice you can give me would be much appreciated! Tomorrow I am celebrating a graduation at a Puerto Rican rest. Help! What can I eat?
  • Hi Jinx ~ welcome! No idea about Puerto Rican food... sorry.

I've had a bad week. Went out twice this week with DH / friends, and made poor choices both times. Gained a bit, as a result, but am back on track... more or less. Have been tracking, except for tonight at mom's house for dinner and then had 3 bite size chocolate candies at the scrapbook deal.

    Will do better tomorrow.

I'm going to have to do something about that. It's just been hard with all of the end-of-school running around I've had to do the last two weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to do better now that it's officially summer vacation here. We'll see.

  • Home again!
Hello all. I see there are several nebwies to us. Welcome! Sounds like there has been a lot going on since I have been gone. I did not journal at all. I took my WW bag with books and all in it. Did not even open it! I am glad. I did just fine. I snacked on what ever I wanted. I did not over-do anything. I had drinks daily. We do a cocktail hour at 5pm while in Mexico. We have appetizers and drinks. Then, we eat dinner at 6:30. I really did not over eat at all. I never got that sick over full feeling I used to get after every single meal. I stepped on the scale when we got home this afternoon. It shows me at 186. When I left, my first morning step on the scale showed 184. So, my guess is that I maintained or maybe even lost. I will be able to tell more tomorrow am. And for sure on Tuesday night at weigh in.

Had a great time. Weather was beautiful. Kids played all day and into the evening on the beach. They as well as myself had more freedom this year. I guess that is one nice thing about them getting older.

Well, I am pooped. I am going to shower and figure out what we are doing for dinner. I will stop by tomorrow. It was nice reading the last three pages and getting back in touch with everyone.
