) I'm getting a little sick of cucumber but it's not too bad....I am going to have more trouble on Thursday b/c that's when I start the blue menu and have to start eating protein at lunch AND dinner. I am more of a vegetarian who eats chicken every now and again.... So, we'll see how it goes. How are you doing on your yellow menu?? As far as the 7 pm thing....I've heard both things. I've heard from some that it does matter but I can tell you when I did WW and now MRC, they say that a calorie is a calorie within a 24 hr period of time. In other words, it doesn't matter when you eat. I personally feel better and see better results if I don't eat past 7 or 7:30pm but that could just be an individual thing. Also, the HNS is supposed to help us from losing muscle, etc, as well as keep us full. Hope that helps! Keep up the great work!!
