1. What would you like us to call you? Stephanie or Steph

2. What eating plan are you using? Just making healthier choices and eating more regularly... I had gotten in a bad habit of skipping meals and in doing so I believe my metabolism slowed waaay down!

3. What is your favorite way to exercise? Walking, Jogging, balance ball, bowflex...

4. What is one area of weightloss that you struggle with? I seem to lose motivation when I hit a plateau or when I get overwhelmed with everything that being a mother, especially a stay at home mother to 4 kids!, involves!!!

5. What is one area of weightloss that you excel at? I can tend to be a bit competitive, so when I see someone who is succeeding at their weightloss goals, it gives me an extra boost!

6. What is your short term goal? I want to feel good about my body when my dh and I go on our vacation in July for our anniversary trip. I am tired of looking at photos of myself and all I see is "look how fat I look". I want to look at photos and remember the memory!!!

7. What will you reward yourself with when you reach that goal? I think that a week in Honduras with just my hubby, no kiddos is allll the reward I need right now!!

8. Best weight loss tip? If you fall off the wagon, jump back on!

9. Bob or Jillian? I like them both!

10. Tell us a little about yourself! I am a sahm to 4 dd's. We have 2 dogs, a bullmastiff and a soft coated wheaten terrier, 1 cat and a bearded dragon. Since starting to work out and exercise, I have felt soooo good, it's almost addicting! I enjoy spending time with dh, friends, the kids, reading a book when I can find time or sewing and cross stitch. I LOVE when dh and I can get a little break to get in a motorcycle ride! I guess that sums it up

Bob does seem like a total sweetheart. I do like that about him. It's funny because sometimes I don't feel like he gets what it is like to be overweight. I don't get that from Jillian...but I guess it does help to know that she was 50lbs overweight herself. Maybe that is part of why I love her so much! That and she totally rocks when she does the one handed push up!

Diva - I really like the banners you umm....found? Do I just copy and paste in to my signature?

I am feeling very unmotivated to go walking today. TOM sucks...and makes me lazy...hehe.

Hey Mel, just curious what those things are? Just being nosy... When they started season 1 I didn't like Jillian much but she's grown ever so much on me. Maybe more so from listening to her radio shows. Normally I'm not fond of the barking dog type trainer but she's such an interesting person who really seems to get it.

Just popping in to say hello. I can't go a day without at least checking in to say hi Today was crazy busy, and I feel like I'm coming down with a cold. My weigh-in is tomorrow, but I'm not thinking it is going to be great. TOM is due, so I'm hoping to just hold even, and have a nice lose for next week. I've been eating OP though and trying to get in exercise every day no matter how little. I'm so happy tomorrow is Friday. I need sleep and peaceLOL! Hope you all had a fantastic day. Just got another 5 points for my family contest! (losing our "weigh" to Mt. Rainier, lol)-- I did a 45 minute t-tapp dvd this morning and just did 20 minutes in the treadmill- almost 1.5 miles.

Well, our company open house was a huge success! I am SO GLAD it is done! Now we can get back to normal.

BTW, I've decided that my official weigh in day for the challege will be Sundays....I'm already a pound down for the week and looking for more!

No way will I ever keep up with you guys, but I'll make my "token post" every day

Hello Red Team!

I just wanted to check in really quick. My back is feeling much better! Thanks to everyone who sent me get better vibes! My Computer is down at the moment, so I'm on my Boyfriends Laptop right now and I really hate it! I don't like the mouse. But anyway...My computer should be up and running by tomorrow night. I 'll play catch up with everyone's posts tomorrow. I'm off to bed. Night everyone!

No weight loss this weigh in but I am not surprised since I am in my DOT time.

I love Jillian too. There's many a workout when I wish Jillian would come yell at me. I suffer from low exercise motivation at times.

I am still behind. LONG day started with my washer erupting gallons and gallons of water into my kitchen, ended with me eating too much for dinner and then having 2 cookies (BAD!)

Good news is I bought an amazing new washer and I got to hang out with my SIL and FIL for dinner. Back to re-focusing tomorrow and praying that the scale isn't too cruel to me. I did get in my run today despite the craziness and my water intake was good! Will catch up more tomorrow!!!

Alrighty then that was a bit obnoxious.

If you read bobs book you'll see that he totally gets what its like to be big. He wasnt ever big he just learned by working with bigger people I guess. I dunno, the book is pretty amazing so far. If you are a bob fan I highly recommend it! And I'm only in chapter one! LOL!

I didnt like the eye rolling and the cattiness that came out in her. I feel like she stooped to a level that was beneath her with her team. She encouraged the victim talk IMO. And then the way she lashed out that one time, when the producers made it seem like she was belittling Allison. Even if it wasnt directed I just felt like she took it to a really low level. I like to see that empowering side of her and they showed alot of the other. Like I said...alot of editing plays a part there.
