Got up late this morning and just got finished with breakfast and cleaning up. Darn I have to eat earlier. Wish I would have had what Crystle had for breakfast instead of oatmeal. LOL. Its beautiful out today and we'd better enjoy because we've got a good chance of snow this week end.

Crystle- You're doing good. Your food sounds wonderful. Keep up the good work.

Solly- Have a great afternoon with that grandbaby. And hope your weather isn't to bad this week end.

I am so sleepy still this morning. Have you ever gotten up just because it is time? I did but I did not get enough sleep. Maybe a cup of coffee will dust away the yawns and blinking eyes.

My sister is coming to town today and we're going to have lunch with my niece. Hope I can find something healthy to eat. But this is rural America lots of fried foods. Anyway looking forward to it.

Good afternoon. I am finally wide awake..LOL Sitting here in my jammies. It is yucky and rainy outside so I made it jammie day. Just gonna do the things us mom's have to do and play the rest of the day away.

Ellen...cappuccino sounds yummy. So do the chips. Sorry your hubby had to go to work on your special day. There should be a no work on b-day rule. Oh well, they don't let me make the rules. ((hugzz)) I'm so happy you are going to spend some time with your girls.

Toni...we are rural also. It is so hard to find something healthy to eat. Even the healthy things get cooked in a way that make them a caloric nightmare. Hope you find something that you can enjoy and not have to worry about.

Good afternoon. Slept in late this morning to and fell back asleep in the recliner. Just had breakfast/lunch. It was an Amy's organic enchilada. Its rainy and ugly here. Had a great visit with my sister and niece along with a lunch I could of done better at.

Ellen- Sounds like you had such a nice birthday. It will be so nice when you get the mask thing settled. I can't imagine the trouble you're having with them.

Crystle- Hope we have a nice sunny day tomorrow. Brrr its cold.

So glad that blustery cold wind from yesterday is over. After all the warm weather it felt especially cold. Eating is not good. I had the munchies all weekend. No major no-no's just a lot of snacking. Hopefully today will be better.

Good morning ladies. Is it Friday yet? I'm getting to the point I don't want to come to work and I can't retire. What to do???

We walked for about 50 mintues on Friday. On Saturday we went to a makeup party and I brought him home with me so my DD could go to the bookstore. I fed him and took him for another walk to the pond, about a mile.
I will be glad when basketball is over so I can get out of the house. I will also be glad that this will be our last fish fry. Get away from all that fried food. We willb e in Gatlinburg for Easter. This will be a frist. I always have all my family for EAster. My DD booked it for her and a friend not realizing it was Easter weekend. The friend backed out and they can't get their money back so we are going with them mainly so I don't have to spend Easter without them.

It is a rainy day today. I hope to get to the gym tonight. I have paid for 8 training sessions that I need to start on. I was too tired to get up and get on the treadmill this morning, so that will have to be tonight. My left hip and leg are killing me. It is hard to walk. Don't know if it is coming from my back or if it is my syatic (sp) nerve. I really need to sit in the hot tub a couple nights. Maybe the rain will stop and I can do it tonight.

Crystle,are those your grandbabies? The little girl looks just like you. How adorable they both are. You will find you can do more exercise as the days pass. You will get stronger and stronger.

Ellen, I always laugh when you say your MIL is coming. Maybe with the baby there it will be a better visit. Happy belated birthday. Hope you had a nice dinner with the family. Your dinner sounded halarious. Kids just make life fun.

Mercee, good job on your walk. This weather is crazy. I can't wait for it to warm up so we can walk outside all the time.

Howdy all.... I'm so boring today. LOL Can't think of a thing to say. Do you get on here and have a day like that? I'm loving the sun being out today. But its a trick, I went outside to let the dog out and it was cold. Not like yesterday but a chill in the air. Had my oatmeal this morning and took out chicken breasts to thaw for tonight. I'm going to make kale to and have no idea how to cook it. But I just have to try it.

Crystle- Hope you are having a good day. Your grandbabies are so adorable. And you can really tell who they belong to....

Solly- Oh my gosh your Easter trip sounds like so much fun. What a nice way to spend it. Hope your leg gets better and its not that nerve. That would be so nice to have a trainer.

Ellen- Sorry you're down today. Some times we have to just go with it. Your granddaughter on facebook is a doll. Glad you got a good nights sleep.

Howdy ya'll. I have been beyond busy this morning and afternoon. Finally taking a little break. Had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch on wheat. It was yummy.

Toni...When I cook kale I just cook it like spinach. Wash it...wash it..wash it so there will be no grit. Then I make little stacks and just cut it into thick slices and saute in olive oil with salt, pepper and garlic. I also like to add onions. If I do that I start them before the kale. Thank you about my grand babies. My son called me at 12:30 last night to tell me I'm gonna be a grand ma again. I"m so excited for him.

Solly...Yes, my grand babies. They are getting so big. Britt said little man is eating everything in sight and beginning to roll over both directions. He has always been really strong at standing and sitting but a little lazy with the rolling. You are doing great with your walking. Praying your leg feels better soon and that you have a blast on your Easter trip.

Ellen...((hugzz)) Sorry that things are pressing in on you. I pray that God takes that burden or burdens and cast them as far was the east is from the west and his peace that passed understanding floods you with and extra portion of joy. Hang in there. Great about sleeping so well.
