  • Down 1.2lbs today. Had a real busy day yesterday staying active and mowing the lawn. Up early for the gym now and then a work retreat this afternoon where we go bowling and then to a restaurant. Gulp. Need to make good choices and go for a super light lunch to compensate.

  • Ahh! I've been gone Not necessarily giving up on my goals, but I did say eff the scale for a few & I haven't exercised since Thursday, but I was pretty sick for about two days there & then I had my daughter's first communion & that day was so busy, I just couldn't bring myself to do it :/ A couple drinks Friday night and I got a whoosh, but I don't know that it will stay, it doesn't seem to work for me like Ian, but I think I drink too much, lol.

    .4 from a 10 lb total loss?! Excited, but that's not all in April, about 6 of it was in April, so that's not bad.

    True, I guess I didn't look at it like that! If I can stay at 173 or below until tomorrow, I will have lost 8 pounds this month, which is fantastic for me.

  • Last day of the challenge and back up to 163 I did do some weights yesterday at the gym so it's probably just water retention; shame it had to happen now though! A total loss of 3.4lbs for the month isn't too bad (better than I've done the previous couple of months!). Hopefully next month I can finally get into the 150's! Great effort everyone on the challenge and well done for all your losses!! Here's to the next one!

  • Up 0.4lbs today. Big night out last night. Bowling, beers, restaurant (Lebanese) and drinks. Didn't hold back. Off to the gym this morning to hopefully make a dent in it!

    So for the month, that's 16lbs down. Not bad. Didn't meet my goal, but I'll take it.
