Welcome, I figured with the holiday coming around it would be a good thing to remember
  • Mom... I would suggest you start a new thread for your group.
The admins don't like you going over 500 posts on a thread.
That is why I keep redoing ours lol.

You only have about 3 left to go, I usually create the new thread, and then make a post in the old thread with the new link and then close the old thread.
That way people who have subscriptions to the old thread will find the link to the new one.

Just a suggestion... trying to help out.
  • Wayward you are on the ball today!
  • It happens every once in a great while lol.
Of course now she is down to one post left before breaking 500.
  • It’s great to be a loser…Week 1 officially in the books…Weight in today and I’m at 208.4 and down 5.4 lbs…this diet actually works...I think I can keep going for a few more weeks. 190lbs here I come.

A tip for those of you who are struggling to eat the chocolate pudding…Turn it into a shake in your IP mixer bottle and put couple of ice cubes and I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

Congrats on being a loser! The diet really does work. Another tip for the chocolate pudding is to add some black cherry syrup, it makes it taste like a chocolate covered cherry. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
  • Hi everyone,

  • hi Everyone, I'm from Alberta Canada and heard about IP through my boyfriend's sister who is having success with the program.

I'm 39 years old, no kids and live with my wonderful supportive boyfriend who is helping me pay to join IP.

I have my consultation on Saturday. I was wondering though if you're allowed to have eggs in PHase I for breakfast and can you divide your meat between lunch and dinner? Also are you allowed to make your own soup with the allowable vegetables instead of buying theirs?

I'm really happy I found this site

The first three to four days are truly the most difficult! (I remember them fondly because I'm just starting week 3.) Just stick with it and you'll get through it and feel amazing... It's a great plan, easy to follow and soon you won't feel hungry, or get headaches (if you get them...)
