  • Hi ladies! I'd like to join if you don't mind. I keep a food journal but I love the accountability of posting here every day.

    Wednesday, January 19

    Breakfast (417.5)
    coffee w/ French vanilla creamer, medium gala apple, oatmeal w/ 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, H2O

    Lunch (340)
    Lean Cuisine garlic chicken steamer w/ veggies, 6 oz Sprite

    Snack PM (280)
    small bag chocolate chip cookies, H2O

    Dinner (517.5)
    big salad w/ tomato, 2.5 oz grilled steak, 2 hard boiled eggs, home made light blue cheese dressing, H2O

    Total= apprx 1,555 calories

    B: Specail K with skim milk 300 calories
    L: Turkey and Cheese sandwich on whold grain bread with a little bit of the mayo with olive oil and a yogurt 390
    S: snack size bag of Fritos 160 calories
    Dinner: Leftover enchallida pie and a small salad 420
    S: Special K bar 90

    Total: 1360
    Exercise: 1 hour on the ellptical 600 calories and some weights at the gym not sure how many calories

    S: Banana 110
    L: PB&J, pretzels 350
    S: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich, string cheese 230
    D: Spaghetti w/ meat sauce, garlic bread, side salad 600

    Total: 1430

    B: English Muffin w. butter/peanut butter - 240
    L: Rice & Broccli w. cheese (Green Giant) - 300
    D: 4 oz. pork chop, baked potato w. salsa, baked beans - 637
    S: Kellog's cereal, wheat thins - 330
    Dr: Coffee Creamer - 175

    Total = 1682

    coffee w/ French vanilla creamer, low cal whole wheat tortilla, 2 eggs scrambled with 1 tbsp shredded cheese, salsa, 4 oz oj

    Lunch (320)
    Lean Cuisine southwest chicken panini, H2O

    Snack PM (210)
    low fat blackberry yogurt, 1 square 50% dark chocolate, H2O

    Dinner (630)
    2 cups home made chicken pot pie soup, 3 reduced fat crescent rolls, H2O

    Total= apprx 1,555 calories
  • I think this is a great idea! I keep a food journal, but this way I have to be totally honest with myself. (=

    1 hash brown and 1/2 cup of tomato soup

    Lunch (230)
    5 habanero wings, 1cp mixed veggies, 1serv of mushroom

    Snack (82)
    1 large apple & 1cp of grapes

    Dinner (303)
    2 tilapia fish marinated in salsa, 1cp mixed veggies w/2tbsp nacho cheese

    8 cups of water (I use crystal light which equals 40 cals)
    Total cal: 947 a little shy of my 1000 goal
