  • Hey guys,
    I did an incredible work out yesterday cardio for about 2 hours....
    my calf muscles are killing me but any how I have been feeling grate and full of energy I lost 2 more pounds this week and if I continue with cardio workout maybe I will lose more I will push myself to do so I promise. Today I will be going to church fair with son's baseball team I heard they have awesome kabob's which I can eat I will only be watching the riders not thrilled about rides. Scalewatcher I hope you are well Missindy I hope you feel better did you get that girls day out yet? Kiwi I hope you fix computer soon. Suz HI! Sapphire Hi!

    Hey Girls got to go kid had no school today will spend day together with Adonis watching scary movies .
    P.S My older son Dragis will have his third wrestling match tomorrow will let you guys know outcome.

    $1.00=per Lbs.
    $.50=per offence = -$3.00
    Total $ Week = $16.08

    I have got to get more exercise and water in this week. I will not let you ladies beat me again next week.

  • Well it has taken all day but it looks like I'm up and running!! Got a new computer!!
    So I'm the Queen? Looks like not many people participated this week?
    Is everyone still interested or was it just the holiday? I'm game for anything. But I insist if we switch games you all still have to call me QUEEN KIWI THE GREAT!!! (mad with power)

    As your Queen , my first order of business is making sure that my subjects are happy. After all I expect all of you to bow to me with a smile on your face! Dannie Marie you are officially my Court Jester for the week!

  • Bad week
    Hi Ladies
    I did not lose any weight this week I have worked every day this week I usually only work 2 days in a row missed my exercise classes all last week I will only make it to one class next so will have to do something at home to make for it
    I will lose next week I am starting to get discouraged and I do not want that to happen I will drink my water I will exercise and I WILL LOSE WEIGHT

    I'm doing good on eating lately, I'm really wanting to meet my goal this month!
    Suz, I know it can get soooo frustratiing but hang in there it will come off. What is it that you like to munch on? I mean what is your weakness? Maybe you can subsitute some kind of WW snack for it. I love cream filled stuff so I get WW choc. Eclairs. When I get a sweet tooth I relax with one of those.

    Boy it fills good to have my computer working. I do our church Bulletins each week from home so I was wondering if we would have one this week. But they are printing as I type.

    Well Kiwi I just enjoy eating all foods I do not keep junk food in the house my weaknes is that both my husband and I are good cooks and just put to much on my plate I am going to start using a smaller plate maybe that will help A lot of my problem in the past 2 weeks is that I have not been able to exercise but starting today I will Thanks for making me think that through

  • Hey everyone! I didn't participate this week cause I wasn't here. I went on a trip to St. Louis with my graphic arts club and completely forgot. But, I'm pretty proud of myself. I didn't even try to really stick to a diet. However, I did pretty well with only drinking water or diet sodas and not giving in to the snacks and Starbucks that called my name. We also did a bunch of walking (and running around like little kids at the city museum, literally, with caves and playground-like things to play in).
    Anyway, today I have some obligatory eat outs, but I go home in a week, so tomorrow I'm back on with a vengence.
    I also have a small NSV. I'm tired of buying clothes and having them not fit. So, when we went to the Hard Rock, I decided to get a large instead of an extra large, thinking it would just be a new goal. Well, when I got back to school, I couldn't resist, and I tried it on. It wasn't baggy or anything, but it fit! It was totally wearable. In fact, I'm thinking of wearing it today! Yea! I'm so excited!

    I am sooooo excited! I am doing great this weekend. I have not cheated once and there were tons of donuts at church this morning and I didn't even want one. I am sooo focused!!

    This is going to be the month I achieve my goal or better yet, over achieve it!!

  • Hello all... I'm new here and struggling so much. I lost 4 pounds, then at like it was my last weekend on earth over the past two days. I'm very unhappy with myself and need to start over again.

    Welcome to the group! I know how you feel. I go on binges. I'll do real good and then something will happen and I will start nibbling and before you know it I'm basking in the sea of sweets! Hang in there with us. We all have been there. I don't know why we do it but maybe together we can help each other.

    How is everyone else doing? This weekend has been great for me but I know how I am so I am making sure that I eat good when I am ready to eat. I have been trying to pay attention to when I get hungry and eat when I am. I have noticed for the last 2 weeks I really don't get that hungry. So I get up and will make a lite BF/ like eggs or oatmeal. That has been holding me over until Lunch which has been soup and sandwich. Then dinner. So far for the last 2 weeks I have not craved the sweets that I normally do.

    I think after the comment that was made to me at church, it made me more determined to lose! So maybe that was what I needed to hear to get my butt in gear. After all I have been messing around with dieting since Sept if not longer and had only lost 6 pounds. Now, I have a sense of urgency and determination since that comment to get this weight off.

  • Good morning Kiwi and all the other ladies! Thanks for your reply. It helped me to remember that it's "normal" to feel the way I did and eat the way I did, and that I'm not "broken". I'm back on track so far this morning and need to remember that I want to feel good, not just look good. When I eat right, I feel sooo much better than when I don't. And when I don't, it hits me hard and fast.

    Kiwi... May I ask what was said to you at church? It will help put things into context for me.
  • Well I'm not sure if the rest of the ladies want to hear it AGAIN but here goes.
    I have a sister 6 years older than me. This lady at church asked if my sister was my daughter! She is 6 YEARS OLDER THAN ME!!!! Are you telling me I LOOK LIKE HER MOTHER?!!!! Now I know the Lord says "turn the other cheek" but at that moment all I wanted to do to this lady was slap her face and then turn HER cheek and slap the other side!!

    Anyway, ever since then I have been sooooo motivated to lose this weight. Sometimes a person just needs alittle kick in the butt to get going. I guess that was it for me.
