MammiJay Welcome! I have found this site (and thread) keeps me accountable and motivated.
Morning everyone....glad to see everyone is still plugging away and making progress

Today I was a 6/10 but have upgraded to 8/10....feeling better now than I did when I first got up with the cold yuks and down 0.4 lbs from yesterday (and TOM set to arrive tomorrow/Friday). I was really hungry though this morning, but didn't overdo it...stuck with my usual 300 calorie egg/cheese wrap. I packed some corned beef, fresh sauerkraut, and a slice of Swiss cheese for lunch (no bread). I plan on making burgers on the grill tonight with garden veggies....no thinking required

I've been on the run the last few days, but I hope to be back posting and doing personals very soon! Despite being super busy, I've been staying on plan and making it to the gym, so my commitment level is still high!
I'm sorry TOM is causing you pain (I hate the back pain worse than the abdominal pain!), but I'm glad your cold is better! 
Lol! Aren't they good? But oh that salt! Drink lots of water!
