Didn't meet my goal at all but I stayed conscious of my food choices and exercise schedule the whole 12 weeks.

Even though I wasn't super active on the thread, everyone's losses reallyinspired me to keep going even when I wasn't losing as much as I wanted to and was thinking about giving up. Thanks for keeping me motivated. I'm excited to continue for 12 more weeks.
  • cw: 150.4

My guests are gone! Now I have no excuses, need to see the 140s again next week. I didn't lose the amount I wanted to, but that's ok b/c all my guests have been raving about how much weight I've lost in the past year and that's def a big motivator. I want to be goal weight by my 26th bday which is in about 6 months (lose about 20lbs). I feel good about myself right now, but I want to feel GREAT. Proud of everyone that stuck with this challenge and I cannot wait to start the next one. And thank you so much for all the work you put into this challenge scarlet!

So it was a gain sadly, but I KNOW this is water weight / fiber cause I ate a whole bag of chips yesterday (650 cals!! ) and had some flaxseed crackers too (like 6 of them and they're kinda big)....anyways...

I'm DEFINITELY going to use WEEK 13 to motivate me to get back down to a good all time 2011 "low" weight to kick start PART DEUX of this challenge! WHO's WITH ME?!

Scarlett-- Thank you again for the week 13 chart (post wedding is totally fine), that will keep us going! And fantastic idea w/ the starting star for alums! You are wonderful! I hope you have a great time at the wedding! Post new pic of you in your dress!!

Congrats to ALL for doing this challenge! Can't wait to see the next chart tomorrow and the TOTAL POUNDS we lost as a group!!!
  • I just put together the new spreadsheets. I'm getting excited for the next challenge. I chose an earthy/outdoorsy color scheme because being active outside is part of my motivation (see avatar). I added an "Attendance Issues" chart to help me keep track of who is missing. It will also help me be more consistent with who I take out. Hope you guys like it.

  • nice!! Scarlett you are so smart!
  • Ack! Well, week 12 is stuck at 230 for me. Hopefully it'll all come off once TOM is gone. I'm excited for the next challenge though!
  • Hi Scarlett. Can I join the new chart as well? If so... Lauren-138. Thanks!
  • Well done to everyone who stuck to their plans and lost.

My final weight is 143 which is yet another gain. I'm writing this as I've just eaten 2 large slices of pizza and some chocolate bites. I feel like I've let you all down as I've obviously hot helped at all with the huge losses everyone else has achieved.

I'm not giving up though, I may still be massively struggling with control with my eating but I've been to the gym for at least an hour for the last 3 days, and I intend to start afresh on Monday (again). Let's see if I can be proud of my contribution to the group for the next challenge rather than ashamed

edit: So sorry Scarlett - got so caught up in my own self-loathing I forgot to say a HUUUUGE thank you for keeping this thread going, your hard work and dedication is admirable and inspiring. xx
  • Anyone who wants to can join the new challenge.

themilesawaygirl - at least your still here weighing in. Weighing in probably helped you to be a little more conscious/accountable while you were going off plan. At least you faced the number.

    as for me....

    BS: 216.4
    WK1: 209.9
    WK2: 211.5
    WK3: 205.5
    WK4: 204.3
    WK5: 204.7
    WK6: 202.6
    WK7: 203.2
    WK8: 199.5
    WK9: 200.0
    WK10: 197.2
    WK11: 196.1
    WK12: 197.0

slight gain but it seems fitting considering I've had so many 'gaining' weeks on my way down this challenge.

I'm going to have everyone post their weight in this spreadsheet. Then I'll use that info to make my weekly charts. You can still post your weights in the thread as well if you want to. Also notice the "on leave" tab. This is where you can let me know if you'll miss a weigh in or 2. It'll make things a little easier since theres sure to be more people tp keep track of.

While I may take people out of the "charts" I'll never take anyone out of the google spreadsheet. It'll help keep track of whats going on.
  • I forgot to weigh-in yesterday! Had a lot of things going on, I don't know if it still counts or anything, but weight is 307.4. NOwhere near the goal I wanted, but I'm at least 22 pounds lighter which is what really counts.

Grats to EVERYONE who participated. Stuff like this will get us closer to looking good and being healthy. Thank you so much Scarlett for doing this. I'm definitely signing up for the next one.
  • of course that still counts. Great job.

I'm going shopping to help my bro pick out some new clothes. When I get back I'll do the final chart .
  • Scarlett - Thank you for all of the awesome work you have done on this challenge! The next challenge spreadsheet looks really nice, and I like that we will put our own weights in so you don't have to work as hard
  • Scarlett Thanks for all your work.. i really love this challange roll on the next 12
