My aunt came into town today who hasn't seen me since this journey and she couldn't stop talking about how good I look and how I just look so happy! Now if that isn't a boost I don't know what is!

Well girls, this morning I weighed in at 199.2. I don't quite believe it because I was 200.2 yesterday, so a one pound loss in one day is a lot...so I may be up tomorrow, but it was nice to see the number today. I went out tonight with my sisters and had a couple of beers too, so I will definitely not be surprised with a higher number tomorrow...but anyways today was a good day!
Well still in the 1's today! I weighed in at 198.8, maybe I'm here to stay, I hope so! I did my calories yesterday and even with the beers I was within my allowance, so not over like I thought. Anyhow hope you both have a wonderful labour day! We're doing a few little projects around the house....yay gotta love home renos, haha.

The 3 day weekend did go by too fast,DH had to work yesterday but the reg weekend flew by Guess back to reality lol

Morning All ...yeah I have no doubt that some of it will come off really quickly...but I am sure I did really gain about 3-4 ...just not 10 !!!!
Trying to drink alot of water today so I can stave off the awful going back on a diet headache that I usually get ...usually alot of water through out the day does help me alot...
Also trying to decide if I wanna keep my gym membership or since it is getting cooler just quit for a while...but it will be winter soon and then I wont be able to get out and do it ...plus it is only 20.00 on top of my husbands so I figure that is not that much ...less than 1.00 a day ...so who knows, I just feel guilty about having it and not using it, which I know alot of people do.

I had a good day yesterday, was able to keep things in line eating wise and felt pretty good ...I am hoping to see a couple of pounds down by Friday or Saturday...would like to get back into the single digit 200's again and then I would feel back to normal about myself and the loss ...
Getting excited for Biggest Loser to start in a couple of weeks...love to watch that for motivation ...plus regular football season starts this weekend, LOVE football season ...and as soon as it cools off CHILI !!!!! love to make a big pot of chili ( well actually my dh makes it, his is SO good ) and just eat on it for days when it is cold out.
