It's a total arbitrary line, but has SO MUCH STIGMA to it. You have to be very tall and very largely built for 200 plus pounds to be "ideal". So, there is just no denying the problem...

And that roll over from 1 to 2... So huge.

Just under 205 today, the holiday bloat looks to be mainly water. I'm getting really hungry again though.

Each decade accomplishment is beginning to feel like a big "accomplishment" again. I hope to be out of the 230s this week, so with that, 220s sounds ever so much closer!
