    4/20: 175 (I'm finally having a little whoosh!)
    4/21: 174 (I'm so not used to this whoosh thing! I never lose like this--I hope it stays off!
    Week Four:
    4/22: 175 (I knew 174 couldn't stick)
    4/23: 174.2
    4/24: 175 (went out for Mexican last night--hoping its the salt.)
    4:25: 173.4 (woohoo! The Mexican food bloat is gone!)
    4/26: 174 (every time I go down one day, I go back up the next--ugh!)

    I had the most delicious pizza last night and surprisingly I weigh the same today as I did yesterday. Its also my TOM so hopefully after I'll drop back down to the 180s. Hasn't been that great of a month for me but I have to remember I still lost weight so its progress

  • Hey guys! Everyone is doing so great! Keep up the good work.

    I just wanted to stop in and let you all know I'm in need of a 3FC break for a bit. I always kind of worried when regulars disappeared, so I wanted to let you all know I've not fallen off the wagon or anything!!

    I know you all will make the rest of April great!

  • Thank you Lockitup for letting us know... now we won't worry "as much" about you and know that you are ok. This place is addictive.... and when you are trying to lose weight and doing an exercise program that contradicts your scale movement... it does get alittle disheartning... We know when we see you again you are going to hoping up and down with good news!

    As for me... sigh.. gained 1/2 lb and not happy.... Stuck to plan this whole week... and I am holding water like crazy. My feet are so puffy in my sandals (this has just started in the last 3+ weeks - hhhmmm since I started my new job?? hhhmmm) I need to adjust my food and get more sodium out of it... sigh... less salty cheese wwwaaaaaaaaaa, More Mrs Dash.....
