Hey everybody, I didn't run yesterday or this morning because I have been feeling so icky and nauseous. But I wanted to come in here and say that
I will be doing W6D1 today darn it!!! I don't really have anything planned for this afternoon other than working out and cooking dinner, so there is no reason that I shouldn't.
Fit Dad you are so right, it is almost completely mental. And I love that word 'empowering'. Don't know why, just one of my favorites

mamabear You are doing so awesome! I know what you mean about the OCD thing, lol. So far as eating everything, I agree. But what is nice is that the things I want aren't necessarily bad for me. It is almost like my body is giving me feedback that it needs a certain kind of nutrition to recover. About the only time I crave unhealthy food is when I'm having an emotional issue. How many calories are you intaking? Maybe you need to give yourself a 'spike'/'cheat' day and up them so your body gets some extra nutrients.
