    I'm so happy that you're thinking of keeping this going! This challenge has helped me lose almost 17 pounds. I don't think I would have been as successful without the thread, challenge and chart! Thanks so much.
  • Super Cheers Scarlett.. had a bad few weeks, muscle still giving me trouble but i am swimming so my first week back on track is goin super well..

    i'm hopeful i might be down a bit more tomorrow morning so i will post my final weight tomorrow...

    looking forward to the next one ladies. i hope to be a successful as some on this one

  • Fassgal - Thanks a bunch. This challenge motivated me like crazy too. I lost ~20 lbs. I got over the ONEderland hump I've struggled with the past 2 years. This is the lightest I've been since late 2008. Being the one doing the charts made me feel super accountable. I guess I figured it'd be stupid to do the work of organizing this and not lose anything. Also it helped to get right back on track after a few bad days.

    CurlySue - no worries at all. More than half of the people who signed up dropped out. At least your here at the end. We all go through tough weight loss stretches, you didn't give up.

    I definately would do the pantyhose and rice thing to try them out. You may not know what to do with those big honkers!!!! LOL! Reminds me of that jerseylicious episode when Olivia had the rice bags in her bra and they started spilling rice all over the street! Just do what your comfortable with, don't let them talk you into something you won't like. I'm big about going with your gut and following your first instinct.

    CW: 149.5 FINALLY! I'm outta the 150s. This is only down .5lbs from last week, but it's the first budge the scale's made in 3 wks or more!

  • Today = 197.9. Tomorrow I'm going to be doing some gymnastics on the scale trying to find the lowest number possible. I won't even wear a hair tie. It will still probably be a gain but that’s ok.

    I'll make sure everyone knows about the new challenge. I'll post a link here and create a new thread in this forum early next week. I'm going to tweak the rules, take out the "goal weight," create a new basics pic and a new spreadsheet. The award symbols will stay the same, but I plan to add a "1st challenge alum" star, so all the returners will start out with a star :P. I think sticking with the challenge; regardless of results is something to be proud of. If anyone has any color/font suggestions please post them.

    I think starting at 0 again will motivate me. Therefore if I have another few weeks of hovering in the high 190s I'll have to look at a 1 or 2 in the "pounds lost" column rather than 17 or 18.

    sniperhil - super glad you reached the 140s congrats!!

    Belia - I'll even make an honorary week 13 chart for anyone who wants to participate (just for fun, not officially part of the challenge). I'm going to a wedding the weekend after next, therefore another weigh in will help.

    Didn't quite make it to goal, but earned my 2nd 5% star! Woo Hoo! I pigged out Saturday & ate a really unhealthy but delicious sub for lunch yesterday so I cannot complain. I will def. be around for week 13 too.

    It looks like everyone who has weighed in so far has lost at least 10 lbs! Way to go everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
