T - At least it was a small fry and not a whole meal or something! It's hard when you are really hungry - I try to plan ahead but sometimes it's impossible. And yes I have done the whole throw one in my mouth too as I feed the kids...usually I'm really good but we all have our moments, don't we??
Susie - Sounds like a great plan to me! And hey, as long as it fits into your calories, who cares if it's a "diet" food? I ate chinese food last night, which is probably the furthest thing from diet food, but it did fit into calories so in my book that's A-OK. I tend to fit in some kind of "treat" food on a regular basis - be it a chocolate or a cookie or whatever. Anyways that's just what I do, thought I'd share!

And yes the steam cleaning was a real workout, my muscles are sore!!
