  • What a great Saturday everyone!

    I was planning on taking the day off, but ended up hitting the gym anyway. Did 35 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes of free weights.

    Just finished 30 minutes cardio.
  • did exercise exercise, whilst watching the biggest loser. hehe

    extra exercise: -35 chair dips. 20 knee push ups. Held plank position for 30 seconds. 50 crunches (cross legged).

    Back in the day during the last Chance workout on the show, our team would also do little challenges during the commercials. perhaps we should do that again!!!

    that is such an AWESOME idea!!! definately!! what kind of challenges, like do push ups during commercial break, crunches, hold plank or squat position against door for 30seconds - 1 minute. hehehe

  • Just started my new exercise regime... I got a bootcamp walking workout from Prevention that supposedly guarantees you drop 2 sizes in 6 weeks. LOL What the heck, I'm trying it. I bought $85 in exercise/workout clothes and now I am using them!!! Sooooooo

    I did 60 minutes of cardio/bootcamp strengthening calisthenics. It kicked my butt! But I feel good about beginning. And I finally have an iPod to help me pass the time whilst at it! YES!

    bike - level 10. 12 minutes (10 minutes fast, 2 minutes cool down). 0.27 miles. (30 calories).
