Hi Tuscany! I also have notoriously low BP, usually around the 90/68 area also. IP hasn't seemed to affect it for the better or worse in my case. I've been told by multiple doctors that if you are able to function/feel fine at a low BP that it's not concerning. I believe in my case the low BP may actually be attributed to being hypothyroid (and possibly having Hashimoto's disease). So if you feel like you have other symptoms of that it would be worth checking out if you haven't had a hormone panel recently. The treatment hasn't seemed to affect my BP though.
Anyway, I am somewhat thankful for my low BP as the rest of my family trends in the detrimental areas that come with high BP. If you've always had low BP the light headedness may just be a result from our tiny allotment of IP calories.
2nd thought: Your water intake will influence your BP as well, so if you felt like you didn't get your normal amount in before your appointment that could also be why it was lower than usual.
