Starbucks syrups are sweetened with Splenda in the US. (Thank Goodness!!) I have the SF Cinnamon Dolce syrup also. I have it in my coffee with vanilla RTD. The best!!

  • So, there is nothing like a nice cold day to make you realize that NOTHING fits that is vaguely warm. I have a neighbor who offered to let me look through her old M-sized clothes tomorrow. I might freeze to death before then, but WOW! What a difference 7 months on IP makes! Time to donate more clothes...

Oh, I updated my ticker today. I weighed 145.0 this morning... I am declaring today as goal day. I will now do official WIs using my scale, which is always within a pound of my coach's goal. I will weigh in the morning without clothes.

I am so happy for you!!! And so thankful that you will be on maintenance now as well in just a few weeks...
I read that you won't be on here as much anymore due to scheduling conflicts but want to say thank you for all your great advice & encouragement along the way. There is something so reassuring about seeing the same (although slimmer) faces on here and you and 2ride have been the most consistent & helpful presences for me. Maintenance takes some getting used to and because I don't want any backward slide I try to stay regular on visiting the site but the maintainer thread seems to have only posts from me lately. I guess as we hit maintenance it becomes less important to check in regularly but I really do hope you will continue to check in and post..

I will still be around. Don't worry. I will come join on the Maintainer thread too. The thought that I don't need to lose more is so foreign to me, I don't know how to feel. I just won't be starting the daily thread because I'm going to head to the gym when I used to take 20mins for 3FC each morning.

And a big shout out of "THANKS!" to everyone on here for all your support throughout the process. It's truly been an amazing journey, and will continue to be.

CONGRATULATIONS! You did it girl! I knew you would! You are an inspiration to many of us. It must feel so good! Again, CONGRATULATIONS!
  • Congratulations on making it to your goal weight Pxlkitty4!!
  • Thank you all for your kind words. I got 5 pairs of pants today at the thrift store. I love my new size 6 Ralph Lauren Jeans... and I still have to try on some of the other pants. The other two pairs of jeans are a little tight, but I think they will be fine once I tone up a little and lose the last little bit of tummy flab.

Wow, size 6! I am debating whether to lower my goal to 145 also since I will gain back a few pounds when I come out of ketosis and add carbs back in. You are so inspirational. Thanks for being here.

I think it's pretty normal to set a goal weight and then adjust it. I changed mine when I got to my original goal of 155... I realized that I wasn't going to be happy at that weight and that it made sense to lose another 10. I am hoping to get down to about 142 before going to Phase 3, but my current focus is shifting to exercise and muscle toning, so I'm hoping that I still lose some fat/gain some muscle. At this point, I am ok if the muscle/fat combination end up keeping me at the same weight, but hopefully the last little "giggly bits" will disappear.

Wow congrats, I am too excited for you, phase 3 boy that must feel good. I am glad I got to know you and you keep up the good work.

I myself had a dilemma this weekend when I realized I had no clothes to do agility, being in a barn for 2 days it was hard to find something that fit, (which none of my coats or hoodies did) ended up wearing my one pair of yoga pants an old too big t-shirt, a long sleeved running shirt (too big) a Hoodie (yep too big) and my club coat... I looked like someone wearing someone elses clothing... but I made it through that is all that counts. I hope I can get to my goal before too long... thanks for the inspiration.
