Hey all!
So happy to see everyone's continued success! I myself have not had much, I lost 8lbs during attack phase and have gone up and down since then to settle back at the 8lbs down. I did have a few cheat days (again, wine and one brownie) so I expected this week would not be good but I have been back on track the last three days with no cheats at all, plenty of water and am still yo-yoing .6lbs up and down.
I do eat more fish and shellfish then chicken/turkey/beef and although in theory this is suppose to be better for you I am wondering if that may be part of the issue. Does anyone on these boards perhaps get more protein from fish/shellfish and have a similiar experience?
I did also watch to make sure I didn't overdo it on the veggies as a few of you mentioned that could be a hindrance but is the veggies days that I drop weight and after the protein days that I jump back up.
