11/18...219.6 surprising since I was away all weekend and not very behaved!
11/25...218.4 I know I have to be patient when I am lifting too, but it is frustrating when you work your tail off and see a crappy loss.

12/9...213.8 I knew that whoosh was too good to be true! Oh well sticking with it and feel good.
