Thanks for the advice, but I can't do that right now. I see the back surgeon tomorrow morning. I herniated 2 disks on Aug 1 and have been dealing with that trying to treat conservatively but that is not working. I don't want Spring to arrive, which is the start of golf season for me, and realize I need more aggressive treatment so I am consulting with him tomorrow to see if surgery is now my only course of action. Well, I think the extracts might be stalling me out. I didn't lose anything this week and I the only thing different is that I have been using the extracts. I think I might be reacting to the alcohol content in them, so this next week I am not going to use them at all and see what happens. I might need to limit them to a couple times a week. I will have to experiment and see what happens.
