  • ghostly- I know how you feel! I've been stalled at the same fricking weight for 3 weeks!! It has NOT budged at all. I stopped the daily weighing, it was affecting me way too much so I'm just gonna stick on weighing in once a week. beautiful avi, btw!

    Stephanie- you are AWESOME! 10 fricking miles?! I would need like half of a bottle of painkillers just to finish 5 miles, lmao! I think if you eat at manintenance and keep up with the workouts, you should be going down but I dunno, bodies are weird!

    171 on Sunday thanks to TOM, now 169. I just hopehopehopehopehope to see 165.9 on Sunday! Just gotta be uber-patient and let my body do its thing.

    I'm still at 272.. Sue you and I are right there together..lol. I kinda gave myself a break and stopped worrying so much about it. I think I'm back and ready to do this. At least I didnt gain anymore back. We'll see if it goes down Sunday on my weigh in day.

    Thanks wannaskipandlaugh! It could well be adjusting after the mad weekend. Stephanie sent me an article on water which rings a bell. And my legs were sore the past few days from all the moving about. But on the bar food, nope. Despite the desire only liquid passes my lips from 1pm every day. And in the evenings, that is strictly beer. I can feel some loss going on right now (I get a pain) so with a nicely portioned salad for lunch, I am hoping for a loss tomorrow. The question will be if it's a teeny tiny one or something worth smiling about. I also have another happy hour tomorrow night. Sigh.
  • Ian I agree with Sue.. Your body is just adjusting. Your doing so great! Don't worry you'll see a loss tomorrow.
    I hit 270 today. So I'm down 2 pounds. I'm sick though and haven't been tracking as good as I should so we'll see what happens with that.
