


Life has been very chaotic. I should be on W6d2, but it had been over a week since I have even made it to the gym, and I am back on Phase 1 South Beach to counteract a little scale creep, so I ran W5D1 tonight. I think I may linger in W5 till I'm out of Phase 1.
Looking forward to using it for a good long while.
Is this bad?
I have hip pain as well. I have very flat feet so I have a lot of issues with them. Normally I push through and with only running 3-4x a week, it seems to be doable. It could just be soreness or you could look up some good technniques
