Frank is actually our third siamese. We had two others, who sadly have both died..they were Max and Mia.
Thank you so much. I love my Frankie. He's 16 years old. I thank God every day that he's still with me. We've been through so much together (he even moved with me to the Netherlands) and he always knows when I need an extra cuddle. I love him SO much!

Wow, this is awesome!! I've given up morning workouts for now, since I already get up at 4.30 am to prepare my food. My schedule is too hectic to do it the night before, but I would love to get to a point where I could do the exercise in the morning as well!

I don't care what it is, I'll eat. Sweet, salty, cold, hot, it doesn't matter. I'll eat and eat till I'm stuffed then I'll want to eat something after that. It's driving me crazy. My hubby says it's cause I'm bored. I think that has a little to do with it but I also think it's emotional eating. I could go for walks but I have two little ones who always gets sick when I take them for walks and there are alot of stray dogs in the area, especially pit bulls (no offense any pit owners). I have workout videos but I feel that they aren't doing anything for me. I am a sahm and don't do anything but clean and take care of my babies. I love scrapbooking but can't do any of it because I need to buy things to finish but don't have the money to do so. I am also a cake decorator and could bake cakes all week but with the cost of eggs nowadays, that alone would make me go broke. I really need some help. My plan is to watch my calories and try to stay away from carbs, fast food, oils, and processed foods. I try to do high protein low carb (it worked for me before). Please help me.

It must be emotional eating and boredom is included in that. Try to ask yourself, "Is my head hungry, or is it really my stomach asking for food?" If it's your head, then try to do something else. Anything. Try to focus on eating when hungry and not when bored, sad, frustrated, any of those emotions.
Do you have a journal or a blog? You could make an entry each time you pass up an emotional hunger pang and try to find the root cause. If you can't do the things you like doing (baking cakes, scrapbooking) is there anything else you like? What about photography? You could do a 365 project with yourself, your kids, your family... documenting each day in the life of ... When you take photos digitally and then edit them on the computer HOURS can pass before you are ready and then you'll feel REAL hunger in your belly. Just a thought. I don't know what else you like to do, but maybe it's an idea to write down ALL the things you enjoy that you could possibly do during these moments.
