So my weekend was touch and go which I am super angry at myself for. I was doing great until Saturday night and Sunday rolled around. Saturday we had a few people over and I had a couple of beers, but Sunday was a killer
We are a big football family and we had the same people over watching the games, which included pizza and wings. I had 3 slices of pizza and 3 wings
That is alot for me considering even prior to dieting 2 slices was my limit. Needless to say I am spending all week making up for that because I have promised myself at least a 1lb weight loss. I did not eat much for the rest of the day since even at bedtime the pizza had still not digested and I ate it at 2:30.......I guess my system was in a bit of a shock.Well here is to a good start to the week!
