I'm still bloaty today, and even worse than yesterday. I think I'm taking in too much sodium, and not drinking enough water. I have been eating no-fat cheese slices with my lunch sandwiches and i noticed that it has about 350 mg of sodium. My avg intake of sodium per day says it's around 2500. How much would be considered a lot? Does anyone know? I'm not really eating many packaged foods, but the little thing like the cheese slices might be adding up to a lot for me? I also got some of those thinsations things which I now see was a bad thing for me. I had one pouch and then I wanted more. So, I think those will not be in my next shopping cart.
I am up 1/2 pound from yesterday and my ankles are so puffed it's ridiculous. I'm happy it's obviously water weight but I HATE that feeling of being bloaty. I have a prescription for diuretics and they are doing nothing at all to help. Outside of the puffiness, and having 'bathroom irregularities' to put it nicely, I'm on plan.

I can't lose a pound lately no matter how hard I try. I figured out that in July I averaged about 67 minutes a DAY of exercise... did more than that in June... but the weight loss has STOPPED! But something HAS to be happening. SOMEBODY get after that Fairy Fat Mother for me argggh.
