  • Randee - look things up on the internet! Sometimes I find if I type what I've eaten into google I get either the restaurant itself, or something near and then you can get an approx idea of the calories and figure out the points. I think it's better to know! Especially with that flex points thing, you may still be doing GREAT for the week.. also, I've been known to eat SUPER low fat and low cal all day if I know I'm going out to eat at night.. could that also work for you?

    Nikki - a leader at WW once told me after a big meal, say christmas, it could take up to 4 days for the weight to show on the scale.. so maybe the reverse is happening with you?

    I've totally been slacking myself.. I'm staying with calories and fat grams, doing all of that. Its just not the greatest food, and I'm eating past 7:30pm. I gotta get perfectly OP here! Also.. I leave Seattle tomorrow! My 5 week visit ends, its so weird to imagine going home, back to work ( yuck!!), and back to everything. Oh well, I guess everything has to come to an end..

  • Wow, I cut off all my hair tonight.. it was to the middle of my back and now it's *just* below my ears. I wonder if there will be a difference on the scale

    I did pretty good yesterday I even managed to get my ball routine in. i will be out most of the day today so it wil be easy to only eat breakfast / lunch/dinner. I think the scale will finally start to drop again this week

    Does anyone else have the problem that if they are out they can't drink all of the water because they have to run to the bathroom constantly ?

  • Swimgirl- I tried looking up the restaurant and they didnt have the nut. facts. Owell. I once chopped my hair off so short too. I was almost to my booty and i cut it to my shoulders~ it was the best thing I ever did lol Looked and felt so much better!

    Nikki- I too have a problem with drinking water and running to the bathroom. It sucks. What I really hate is when im going to my sons baseball game and I have to go 10 times during his game in a PORT-A-POTTY! I cant stand that!!!

    My week is going ok so far. I kinda have a NSV sorta. Im on WW right, and I have to write everything down. Well, I wrote in a WHOLE notebook and had to get a new one!!! All the other times ive tried WW, I would write it in for a week, slack on it and stop and have to get a whole new notebook, because Ive written the dates and everything in it and cant use it anymore. Im so proud of myself that ive filled in an entire notebook without stopping!! Here's to the next one!!!!

  • Swimgirl - you cut your hair? *gasps*

    I love my hair short - I feel so sexy and it doesn't take nearly as long to do but I miss my long hair - it was easier to straighten and get in a pony tail! haha My hair was like half way down my back or longer and I cut it to my shoulders and went to my gramma's house and she didnt even notice! haha

    I got a hair cut again a few weeks ago, but now I am growing it long weeee

  • okay...friday is my official weigh in day. today when i got on the scale i saw....168!!! yay!! that puts me down 2 pounds this week!! I'm so happy.

    been trying to lose weight about 3 weeks now, and finally this week saw a 2lb loss, yay!

  • I had wanted to cut my hair, and origionally I wanted it a tiny bit longer, but I am happy with it! I know I look better with short hair, long hair drags me down, and I always had it pulled back into a ponytail. I look SO much younger as well.. i'll see if I can take a picture!

  • again no loss... ARGH I think I am broken - I just don't understand what I am doing wrong! 60-90min exercise EVERYDAY (I take one day break)- at least 3 liters of water a day, usually 4, my average calories on fit day around about 1500 for the past two weeks... I just do not get it

    *sigh*

    And everyone who rushes to my fitday to see what I am eating, ingore the pizza and pasta yesterday - that isn't normal for me - yesterday was my 'slip day' and was probably partly causes by the no change in the scale again.
