Okay ya'll I don't know for sure how I'm going to do this, I'm just gonna stick to it.
The three hour thing is killing me. Why? Three hours isn't a long time... Today I'm going to drink MORE water, as yesterday I kept a food journal (first time for me) and was shocked to see that I only drank ONE glass of water. Maybe that's the exact reason I can't go three hours lol!!
I ate about 2200 calories yesterday and my goal is 1600-2000, so not too bad for the first day. I'm counting calories now just to get an idea of what I'm eating, but don't plan to continue to count calories. I find it a chore. But I do need to know what exactly I'm putting into my body. So for now, it's cool.
Today I'm really going for the water
As I posted in another thread, I don't have a scale, I am trying to get to my dr.'s office to weigh myself, last time I checked: I was 260 about a month ago, and that's pretty much where I hang in at. So I'll go with that and measuring my arms, as they pretty much inflate and deflate right along with the rest of me: today my arms measured approx 21 inches

So I am changing my April Challenge Goal - my original was to stick to the diet and the every three hours. I'm adding to drink lots more water to that.
