  • Hi everyone, I went out Friday night with my sister & her friend who was 40 a day before my 41st, I had rather a lot of of gin & slimline tonics and came back HUNGRY!!!!! BUt I had some chicken stir-fry I saved especially, so I'm quite pleased with myself.
I haven't exercised this week as TOM pains made me feel vile but it hasn't appeared yet, glad hubby had the 'snip' or I might be getting worried!!!

I hope you are all well and doing better at exercising than I am!!!
    xxsharon
  • Crock - The doctor's scale showed me about 10 pounds heavier...but since I go to the doctor like NEVER, I'm just using my BF's scale...and then once I get down to 200 on his, I'll go to the doctor, and see how much I have to lose.

Sharon - So good to see you post!!! HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!!! Sounds like you had a good time! As it should be.
