    Hey eveyone!

    Hope y'all had a good weekend.

    I will be going AWOL for awhile so we can get a new ISP and computer (ours crashed big and bad over the weekend and our current ISP is HORRIBLE).

    I can read posts from work so I will try to keep up with the goings on and I'll be back as soon as I can!

    Onward and downward!!!!!!

    Glad to see everyone is doing well. I am trying hard to lose but it is hard and I mess up and start again. I know it is a battle and it is hard but I have to do it.
    Ammi you are a inspiration to me.
    I love slim Jims I have to stay away from them lOl.
    I think I might check out Tops thanks for the suggestion. I need to be accountable for what I eat and try to eat the right things. Yes I lost 136 before it seemed quit easy then I got depressed and slept and ate and pilled it back on. Went to the Dr got help and feel better and I am trying again. Well I better go for now but will post more later I need to make myself post cause I forget.

  • 30 lbs is HUGE!!!!! Think of 30 blocks of butter off your butt!!!!! Think of 3- 10 lb bags of potatos!!!!!!! HUGE girl, give yourself a high 5!!!!!
    I know for me, that if I was to have a fruit instead of a protein, it makes me hungry. Another good suggestion would have been to have the fruit with the cheese!!!
    But I like jerkey myself too! Should try to make it sometime, then I can control the salt, etc!!
    Glad to see sooo many people here now, I am freshly inspired, and feeling super!!!! Keep it up everyone, and be kind to your selves!!!
