
I messed up my knee - going too hard on the exercise bike to start with. It's been sore and swollen for a couple of days, so I've had to try to rest it for 3rd and 4th. Just walking up and down stairs at the uni yesterday was agony. I talked to the dietician yesterday and she suggested I try 10 minutes a day and then work my way up. It's just so frustrating!
So I won't be doing 30 minutes while my knee is bad, but I'm going to try to fit SOME exercise into every day.

I got some ideas for what I can do once my arthritis settles down again.

Edit: rather than doing another post: I did 12 minutes on the exercise bike this morning (5th) until my knee started complaining. Might leave it at that today and see how I go.

I hope that you all get better really soon. I know how it feels to be doing really well moving your body only to hurt it and put your exercises on hold until you are better. Hang in there. You will be back at it in no time.
