Well done Janey - you're going great guns there, keep up the good work
I bought myself another sports bra yesterday, same as the previous one, from JJB Sports, they didn't have a massive selection, but I only need a Level 3 (for my little fella's), that's enough even for jogging, it's nice and comfy and seems to keep everything in place
I also bought some running trainers yesterday, now I've got to commit to my jogging, I've got the shoes an' everything! I've been wearing my old trainers but there's no padding or comfort left in them, so I decided if I'm going to do it, get some decent trainers. I have to say though I couldn't justify the top of the range ones with their £70 plus price tags - I'm not training for the marathon after all. Or should I say, more to the point, I couldn't persuade hubby to fork out

So now I'm raring to go
The only thing with going into a sports shop and buying something like running trainers, I felt a bit of a fraud - you know, fat girl obviously wanting to be thin. I'd love to go in there and buy something sporty and look like I do the sport I'm buying for. I think the same when I shop at Tesco's, some days my trolley is so damn healthy, I'd love to be a good advert for it all, you know - people look at me and think oh she looks so good, but look how healthily she eats/how fit she is - aah well - one day, maybe
Anyway, yesterday morning and this morning, we went for a 3 mile bike ride, at a steady pace, which according to Fitday burnt off just over a 100 cals, so pleased with that. It was really nice and sunny first thing (bit overcast now) so it was really nice. We're lucky we live close to a lake which leads to some lovely cycle paths, and so hardly have to go on the roads at all.
Back to jogging tomorrow, when I can get up at 6 as there's just about no-one around then, apart from the occasional dog walker, whereas by 8.30 this morning the lake was full of fishermen, god I'd have scared all the poor fishies away if I'd gone jogging past
Happy Sunday all
